She spent seven years at The Vita Coco Company, where she helped redefine the brand’s visual identity and packaging during its rebrand and evolution into a category leader. Caitlin also helped concept and launch new-to-world brands including RUNA, Ever & Ever, and PWR LIFT, bringing her expertise in crafting cohesive, emotionally resonant brand worlds.

With a background in leading creative teams, building scalable systems, and developing integrated campaign and packaging work, Caitlin now partners with brands
to shape ideas into powerful, design-led identities.

She’s currently open to new opportunities where she can continue to elevate brands through thoughtful, intentional creative direction.
